W-2 3up Blank Set 6-Part (3UPSET605)

This 6-part set includes a preprinted W-2 copy A (red scannable) and blank 2up laser sheets for employer copies D (record) and 1 (state). Print employee copies B (federal), C (record), and 2 (state) on one blank 3up perforated sheet. The 2up employer sheets have no side perforations and the 3up employee sheets have a 3/4" side perforation. Print employee copies as a batch, then fold. No collating or separating needed. Mail employer copies in a batch to the SSA and State.
